Full House Netflix Spinoff May Happen With Candace Cameron Bure
Thank goodness today isn’t April Fools’ Day. It’s been revealed that Netflix is very, very close to striking a deal to make a Full House reunion show. The 13-episode series (take a deep breath) would star Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber. As in, D.J. Tanner and BFF Kimmy Gibbler would be making a comeback!
TV Line reports that the original show’s creator, Jeff Franklin, is trying to get the show off the ground. It would also be executive-produced by Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett, both of whom were a part of the beloved family show from 1987 to 1995.

But there’s more. The actress’ former costars Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), and Dave Coulier (Uncle Joey) may make guest appearances.
Bure and Barber, both 38, have yet to make a peep about the possible project (so unlike Kimmy!), but spending a lot of time together again would be nothing new. Everywhere you look (get it?), the longtime pals are either hanging out with each other’s families or running in marathons side by side.
“I think we value friendships. And it’s true: I can’t look at any other show and see the casts that are still hanging out and are as tight as we are,” Bure told Us Weekly exclusively in August 2014. Barber added: “I think being moms really brought us closer together.”
